Welcome to Cash Academy. By using our website or booking a workshop with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. About Us
Cash Academy provides interactive, role play-based financial literacy workshops for Key Stage 2 pupils (ages 7–11).
2. Workshop Bookings
- Bookings are arranged directly through our website contact form or by email.
- A booking is confirmed only once written confirmation has been issued by Cash Academy.
- Schools are responsible for providing a suitable space (e.g., hall or large classroom) for the workshop.
3. What We Provide
- All workshop materials and resources needed for delivery.
- DBS-checked staff, risk assessments, and public liability insurance.
- Sessions linked to the National Curriculum in maths and financial education.
4. Responsibilities of the School
- Teachers or school staff must remain present for supervision during workshops.
- Schools should ensure the space provided is safe and suitable for the sessions.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us as early as possible.
- We will always try to accommodate changes where reasonable.
6. Liability
Cash Academy is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during workshops. We are fully insured for workshop delivery, but schools retain overall responsibility for pupil supervision.
7. Intellectual Property
All workshop materials and content are the property of Cash Academy and may not be copied, distributed, or used outside of the workshop without permission.
8. Privacy
Any personal information you provide (e.g., through the booking form) is used only for managing and delivering workshops. We do not share your details with third parties. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more details.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
