FAQ's
How much space is needed?
A school hall or any large empty space works perfectly for our pop-up Money Town.
Do we need to provide laptops or tablets?
We ask for 6 laptops or tablets with internet access to scan QR codes.
(Don’t worry if you don’t have them — let us know and we’ll adapt the sessions)
How much preparation do teachers need to do?
None! We provide all materials and resources. Teachers simply bring their class to the space and ensure there is access to an IWB.
Is the workshop linked to the National Curriculum?
Yes. Every session is tailored to Key Stage 2 maths objectives, including percentages, problem solving, and applying arithmetic to money based word problems.
What about safety and supervision?
Our staff are DBS-checked, fully insured, and provide a risk assessment on arrival. Teachers remain in the hall for supervision and are encouraged to participate in the sessions with their classes as they navigate through the areas.
Can multiple classes take part in a day?
Absolutely. Each session runs for 1 hour 30 minutes and we can deliver up to 3 sessions in a full day
