What age group are the workshops for?
Our workshops are designed for Key Stage 1 and 2 children but sessions may also be suited for Y7 and Y8. Activities are tailored to suit the needs and curriculum objectives of each year group.
What do the workshops cover?
Children explore real-world money topics like earning, saving, spending, budgeting, tax, mortgages, and investing. All sessions are linked to National Curriculum maths objectives, reinforcing key numeracy skills.
How long are the workshops?
Each session lasts 1 hour and 30 minutes.
You can choose from:
Half-Day Workshop: Up to 2 sessions (ideal for 1–2 classes)
Full-Day Workshop: Up to 3 sessions, with the option of a whole-school assembly and a parent meet-and-greet
What’s included in the full-day option?
Up to 3 workshop sessions
Optional whole-school assembly to start the day
Optional 30-minute after-school parent session
Take-home handouts to continue the learning at home
What do schools need to provide?
A school hall or large, empty space
6 laptops or tablets with internet access (we can adapt if you do not have access to these- just let us know in advance)
Do we need to prepare anything in advance?
No! We bring all workshop materials and a tailored timetable. All we ask for is the space and access to an IWB.
Are your team DBS-checked and insured?
Yes, all staff are enhanced DBS-checked. We also carry full public liability insurance and provide a risk assessment on the day. We can even send you a copy of our letter for parents and photo permission form for you to use on your school’s headers.
Which locations do you deliver in? We are Sheffield based and tend to work within a 50 mile radius however if you are outside of this area and want to book, please do not hesitate to contact us.
